Good Morning Sunshine!

You can barely imagine how happy I was when I opened my eyes
and saw sunbeams coming into our bedroom between the curtains.
I haven't seen the sun for a while
and yesterday evening I was so fed up with the winter and all that snow
it almost made me cry. Oh, it's amazing how one simple thing can make you feel so much better.

I think I even heard a bird singing outside.
A reliable sign of spring.
